The high-quality and modern equipped apartment offers about 30 square meters of space for two people and thanks to the comfortable equipment leaves nothing to be desired.

Only in March 2014, the special apartment has been renovated and has since been a real eye-catcher with its cozy and modern interior: Innovative and stylish ambience in combination with a distinctive view make this apartment a real gem.

The unique, large and surrounding roof terrace with the magical view will make you experience unforgettable moments.

A very special highlight: We at Kassiopeia not only pay attention to the highest possible comfort, but also use the latest technology to make you feel good. With the stylish natural stone heating from Mamor not only decorative elements are set, but also created a healthier living environment. Enjoy the pleasant infrared radiant heat of the natural stone heating even on cold days.

Upon entering the apartment, you can leave everyday life behind you from the first moment on and relax in our well-being oasis created for you. Passing the entrance and the adjacent shower room, the path leads you to the living and sleeping area. In stylish black and white, you can expect a high-quality living room equipment: A modern white leather couch invites you to a cozy evening for two and the extraordinary living room table with its special substructure construction makes it possible to put your feet up. Flatscreen smart TV, Blu Ray player and a hi-fi system make for a pleasant change.

In addition to a spacious wardrobe, which offers enough storage space for your luggage, the living room / bedroom also has a practical foldaway bed with two single mattresses (160/200). An ideal combination: at night you can dream in a relaxed way and during the day you have enough space in the apartment to move freely.
The separate kitchen is equipped with the latest technology: induction hob, dishwasher, a coffee machine and a "Tassimo" capsule coffee machine, kettle and various small appliances ensure that you lack nothing.

Unforgettable sunsets
A romantic evening for two, an atmospheric candlelight dinner with small delicacies from the table grill or a convivial round high above the rooftops Laboes ... Such a scenario dreams of every vacationer. In the apartment "Kassiopeia" this dream comes true. On the large roof terrace with about 70 square meters you will experience unforgettable sunsets, like in our new beach chair. Be enchanted by the view of the Laboer Ehrenmal, the landmark of our beautiful port city and dream of the pink sun. Two sun loungers, the wind protected sunshade, a dining table and ample chairs are available for balmy summer evenings on the roof terrace.

As a special service for our guests, we have a special highlight ready: Directly on the water is in the Strandkorb season from mid-April to mid-September reserved for you a personal beach chair for free use. So the holiday becomes an experience!
