The perfect place to relax in the midst of soothing nature - Villa Veselici in eastern Istria. The villa is an old, beautifully restored stone house that exudes the charm of a traditional home yet offers the comfort of a modern vacation home. The villa is set on a 11500 m2 plot of land, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy. With the comfort of a private pool, this villa offers exactly what you need to escape the stresses of everyday life. The open plan first floor consists of a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There are a total of 3 bedrooms located on the upper floor. They each have a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, TV and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom also has a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. This room also has access to the lovely terrace from where you can enjoy the magnificent views.

Outside there is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a fireplace where you can prepare a wood or charcoal barbecue, while the outdoor dining area seats 8 people and is a great place to enjoy al fresco meals.

If you want to leave the comfort of your villa, you can reach beautiful beaches and various restaurants within a short drive, and the villa has a truly unique location. It is located in a small peaceful area in the eastern part of Istria. The charming towns of Labin and Rabac are only a few kilometers away from the villa. Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. It is a beautiful medieval town, rich in history but not very crowded with tourists. The steep, winding streets of the old town are home to well-preserved historic palaces, art galleries and ateliers. Various jazz and classical music festivals take place in the summer months. As the town is situated on a hill, it has a charming view of the old town on the beach - Rabac. Rabac used to be an old fishing village, today it offers beautiful beaches and many restaurants.

If you like to stay active on vacation, there are many hiking and biking trails in the area. There are also organized events such as gastro bike tours.

If you don't mind crowds of tourists, visit the beautiful ancient city of Pula (approx. 45 km) with its famous amphitheater and arena, accompanied by many events.
