"Entry to the property was confusing with no signage or guidance. Lift wasn’t suitable for size of property and not easy to use with a lack of instructions. Breakfast didn’t have enough food for the number of customers and table space was limited."

"We had the standard room. Clean room but the curtains need changing and net just looks tired. But everything was clean and enough space and clean toilet. My only suggestion would be provide TV menu and allow people to use Netflix. Also inform about 2-pin plugs. Having said that, the reception desk provided us with their 2 pin plug to use - very kind."

"We loved the location, just blocks away from the Coliseum. The rooftop bar was the perfect spot to have a cocktail and watch the sunset. The staff was friendly and belt."
