I especially want to recognize Jeanette at check-in, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and kind from day one. What truly stood out was that her kindness remained consistent throughout our entire stay. Whether we had questions, needed assistance late at night, or stopped by looking for a snack, she always greeted us with a genuine smile and such a warm spirit.
The hospitality at this hotel is truly something special. Every single staff member from housekeeping, the cleaning staff, the breakfast attendants, and everyone in between made us feel welcomed and comfortable.You can genuinely tell they love what they do and are not simply showing up for work.They reminded me of what true hospitality used to be: caring service, kindness, professionalism, and making guests feel relaxed and valued.
The amenities were wonderful as well. Having coffee available throughout the day was such a thoughtful touch, and the breakfast was excellent every morning.The pool area was consistently clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, comfortable, and inviting.
Another major plus was the free parking, the noon check-out time which is rare and greatly appreciated and the 3 PM check-in, which is earlier than many other hotels.
There are so many great things I could say about this place, but what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff! We will be back soon!"
