"This was a wonderful place to stay, accommodating families in full suites with kitchens and others in regular rooms, still with kitchens, and a fabulous breakfast to start the day. The owner/manager is lovely and ready to assist in any way necessary. The town of Cuchara is cute and has many hiking trails nearby, and an up and coming ski area. We'll be back!"
"Any quibbles I might have had about the property itself were overcome by the incredible view. I really enjoyed sitting out on the little porch gazing at the sand dunes at sunset and sunrise while a multitude of hummingbirds bombarded each other around the many feeders (visited in mid-July). It was also a short drive from the Lodge into the Park at night to see the stars. Definitely worth it!"
"I loved the setup of the property & appreciated the dog area located towards the back. We were able to check in at our own pace & had access therefore not needing to head to the front desk unless needing a staff member. The housekeeping was very pleasant & on top of their job & communication."
