Le petit déjeuner est entièrement en self‑service, sans aucune présence du personnel pour débarrasser ou maintenir l’espace propre. Les clients doivent tout faire eux‑mêmes, ce qui ne correspond absolument pas au niveau attendu pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Le personnel de l’hôtel passe la majorité du temps assis à l’extérieur, en groupe, à boire des cafés et fumer juste à côté...

"The desk staff at check could have been more welcoming. Didn't explain not one thing of the hotel. It was our first time in Europe, I had to come back down to learn how to turn on light in room. They gave me the pool towel cards. But never told me where to return pool towels. Upon check out they asked me for the towels that I had already turned in to the floor house keeper. They explained the restaurant hours or breakfast. The room TV didn't have the ability to change language to English."
