"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. "We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was clean and quiet at night, the swimming pools were good. The accom was clean and facilities provided were good (incl cleaning kit). "We booked two apartments for our family and had a very enjoyable stay. The kids especially loved spending time in the pool! The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. As many other guests have mentioned, the property could use some updates, but overall, we had a good experience. The apartments were clean when we arrived, and the location was very convenient, just a 12-minute drive from La Rochelle. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!"
