"Overall great experience! We usually don't expect much from a vrbo but were presently surprised. Everything was very clean and felt almost brand new. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, pillows, sheets, etc. Kitchen utensils were in good shape. There was only one box of tissues but that's pretty minor.Only complaint we had is the listing and a Vacasa customer service rep told us the hot tub was closed, but there were people using it who let us in. Checked the HOA page for the complex and it says...

"Nice place to stay. Host was fantastic and friendly. Home was clean. Community Hot tub was not operational for our stay. Deep parking bay in front of garage allowed for us to park our full size truck and 18’ trailer with plenty of room. "

"What a perfect place for us to stay! We took our granddaughter to Moab for her spring break so it was the 3 of us. The condo was spotless upon our arrival, with all amenities available as listed. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. We loved the layout with bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was fantastic, they even supplied laundry detergent for our use! We will definitely stay again if given the opportunity to visit the Moab...
