"We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com...

"An amazing property with wonderful staff, very helpful and super friendly. An all digital check-in and service with great views of Cannes."

"Séjour très agréable pour le FIJ. Appartement proche de la gare, propre et silencieux. Dispose d'un four, d'un micro-onde, et d'un grille-pain.Procédure de check-in et check-out facile via l'agence sur le chemin entre la gare et l'appartement."

"I was smitten by this charming and cozy apartment. Located only a two minute walk from the beach Plage du Midi, it is perfectly located for a quiet and bucolic stay in Cannes. All the amenities were available for our family of 3 to have a wonderful 9-day stay, I would highly recommend this property for a family wanting to enjoy and feel like they are "living" in Cannes."

"Great location, the host was very helpful. Highly recommend"
