"Although the shower was awkward because it wasn't enclosed and water got everywhere and there was no where to put your items in the shower like skincare etc...the rest of the hotel and staff were amazing. At least people spoke English and the pool area was always warm and open late. The staff was the best part of the stay. Consistent and friendly service and they always went out if their way. The restaurant was amazing too!!"

"My family and I stayed at Villa Mangos 13 in Casa De Campo; it was an excellent location, to access the beach, golf, tennis and restaurants. Key to have strong AC in the bedrooms and the dining area; so great! The pool & the property grounds were kept in great shape! The staff were so nice, special call out to Antonio who manages the property as if it were his own, and thanks to the owner Jean for letting us relax & enjoy at his villa for my 60th birthday week."

"We had a wonderful stay at the villa and had a truly great experience overall. The staff were beyond excellent and made our stay especially enjoyable. Frank and Jonathan were incredible—attentive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Chef Wanda also did an amazing job; every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious!The villa itself was beautiful, very spacious, comfortable, and a wonderful place to relax and spend time together.Our only suggestion would be for the host to improve communication and the overall organization process. It would be helpful to have all the details clearly explained in advance, including the available extra services and exactly what they include. A smoother and more comprehensive communication process would make the experience even better.Other than that, we all had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend the villa and especially want to thank Frank, Jonathan, and Wanda for making our trip so memorable!"

"Had an excellent stay here! Place was beautiful and there was tons of space for everyone. The staff was also amazing. They organized a fantastic private chef and really went above and beyond to make sure the place was clean and we had whatever we needed in the house. Our concierge Milagros was super responsive and helpful in getting us set up with activities, taxis, reservations, etc. Would happily go back here!"
