The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials and small appliances needed for an extended vacation. The large private patio overlooks the beautiful community grounds. The bedroom has a king bed with a spacious bathroom with walk in shower and large soaking tub. The bedroom has separate access to the private patio. The property is located in one of the most quiet and tranquil locations in Legacy villas, just steps to the adults only lap pool. No second story neighbors!

There is an electric BBQ on the patio for guests to utilize as well as 2 community gas grills near the main clubhouse area.
