This Desert Retreat sits walking distance to Old Town La Quinta's shops, restaurants and nightlife, Large 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo with terrace overlooking swimming pool and hot tub, Pull out sofa bed and full kitchen, washer and dryer with central AC. Sleeps 4 people (Max). Location is minutes to Coachella Festival grounds, Indio Polo fields and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.

The Space:
This is a second floor condo with 1 bedroom with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Full stack laundry in unit nice kitchen with granite countertops, TV and Wifi included. Free parking.

Guest Access:
You have the entire unit and Patio, there are 4 Shared swimming pools and hot tubs that you have free access to. Free onsite parking.

Other Things to Note:
Shared swimming pool (4 throughout the complex) and hot tub. This unit does not include access to the hotel gym or facilities. Guests may use the community fitness center located across the street; the approximate cost is $5 per day.
