"Thank you! It was great. We’ll be back. "

"Great location."

"The place was nice but only had one towel. The sheets were not clean. The floor was dusty an I smelled like cigarettes. I texted the host twice and they never responded "

"The location of this VRBO was great, very close to downtown with parking offerred. However the listing makes the space look nicer than it is. There are dishes provided, however just piled in the corner, cheap dishes. No toiletries included. There were also holes in our drywall."

"The pictures are exactly correct! It was quiet! And....You are 1 block from downtown. Make sure you visit the Nook bookshop the Readers Cup coffee shop and George's local restaurant! The apartment was clean and we even saw a cleaner in the hall doing the front windows and floor during our stay. The neighbor hood was safe and you get off street parking which is perfect for the busy Saturdays!"

"This sweet little getaway spot was everything I needed for a 2-day conference nearby. It sports rustic charm and peace and quiet. "A great low-cost option in a great location."

"Very nice, cool, clean with a good location. A little awkward getting in the house due to parking and the steps in would not be good for elderly or handicapped. Very sparse on kitchen equipment-bare minimum. But all in all the beds were nice and shower great."

"Clean room, no problem checking in and really enjoyed location. Nice not dealing with craziness of hotel happening!"

"Loved this place - convenient if needing to be in Cedar Falls or Waterloo!! Very clean & comfortable. Will rebook to stay again!!"

"Our stay at this property was terrible. The first thing we noticed was that the picture posted on the VRBO site for the unit we rented for 2 nights is not at all the same unit we had. We were certainly deceived to find that the owners were posting pictures of a beautiful unit to only give you a unit that is a complete dump! The room smelled of smoke. We killed two spiders in the bathtub and found a web of spiders above the TV and on the floor baseboards. The bathroom floor had been painted...

"Most things were broken and the hosts were near unreachable. Good idea to splurge on something better. "
