"The area around the property is an old town that has seen better days. Some properties have been restored beautifully and there is some amazing medieval architecture. Very close by is free, convenient parking and the area felt very safe. The patron is charming and helpful and the owner of a nearby excellent restaurant, serving wonderful food. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was continental and more than adequate."

"This is the second time we have stayed here. Virginie and her family are so welcoming and the property is both quiet and charming. Make sure to have dinner in the restaurant. Some of the best food you will have in France. "

"Extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional Hotel management - do not stay here if you want a hotel to care about your well being. On arrival yesterday in a heatwave of 40 degrees the air conditioning was not working on our room. I raised this issue with the manager as it was unbearably hot and uncomfortable in our room. The property is advertised as having air conditioning. When I asked for a fan or any other help, he just repeatedly assured me it was working and refused to actually check...

"We had a wonderful stay although it was out of season (technically closed) and we were the only guests. The host opened up just for us and made us feel very welcome"
