The condo is part of a larger property that can also be rented in its entirety. The adjoining unit is separated by a locked connecting door and has its own independent entrance. You will have complete privacy, with no shared indoor spaces.

Guests have exclusive access to the primary bedroom, living room, kitchen, both bathrooms and private terrace.
You can also enjoy the beachfront community's pools, beach and resort amenities.
Other things to note
This is the main one-bedroom portion of our larger two-bedroom condo. You have your own private entrance, bedroom, two bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and private ocean-view terrace.

The adjoining unit is separated by a locked connecting door and has its own entrance. There are no shared indoor spaces between the two accommodations.

COMPLIMENTARY BOAT SHUTTLE

Our complimentary boat shuttle runs every 30 minutes, with a scenic crossing of approximately 10 minutes each way.

FROM PARAÍSO DEL MAR TO LA PAZ
The first boat departs at 7:15 AM, followed by departures every 30 minutes, at :15 and :45 past each hour.

FROM LA PAZ (MALECÓN) TO PARAÍSO DEL MAR
The first boat departs at 7:00 AM, followed by departures every 30 minutes, at :00 and :30 past each hour.

LAST BOAT FROM THE MALECÓN
• Monday–Friday: 10:30 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 11:00 PM

Please plan your evening outings around the last return boat, particularly when enjoying dinner or nightlife in town.

GROCERIES AND DINING

We recommend purchasing groceries before arriving. The resort has a small convenience store for essentials but no full supermarket.

Two on-site restaurants are available:

• Golf course restaurant: 8 AM – 1 PM
• Poolside restaurant: 12 PM – 9 PM
