"The room it’s located on the 12th floor, and I had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful especially Gerardo ,Carla,Elizabeth.Gerardo walked with me to the cable car station to help me.. I had an excellent breakfast every morning.. it’s a great location five minute walk from the cable station. But the staff make this incredible Hotel!!❤️❤️❤️"
"Nice boutique hotel, room, bathroom good size and modern. Housekeeping diligent with keeping room clean.
Hotel is about 1.5 kilometres and up hill from main areas, so if you have mobility issues you may have to catch cab/uber back to hotel."
"Front door staff was overly concerned and complaining about a family member who only helped us with luggages and didn’t stay for more than 10 minutes. They thought he would stay in the room, even though we clarified it was a momentary stay. There was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. Cleaning was ok. At nights there was a lot of noise, maybe because it was weekend."
