"The place was clean, the property nice, and he left us a big jug of water with a pump. It's a pretty basic room, but we didn't plan on spending a lot of time there. He is not very quick with messages though. The lock on the door was broken and I didn't sleep well because of that. I let the host know first thing in the morning and he said he would be there momentarily. We waited two hours and he never showed. Never fixed the door. "Hacienda Bugambilias is a beautiful place! The AC worked perfectly. The staff was super pleasant and accommodating. The place was clean at all times. The restaurant has excellent food, readonably priced. The parking is ample, even for buses, and there is security. This is our 3rd time to stay there, and we'll stay there again."
