Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists. The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. Ona Hollywood Mirage
Lovely hotel in a quiet location at the base of a mountain. Rooms were spotlessly clean, staff were helpful, breakfast superb. We did go during storm Therese so only used the heated pool for a few hours, but the other pools also looked great.
