Situated within spacious grounds that cover over 150 hectares in size, this beautiful resort is an oasis for relaxation within the stunning French Riviera. It is nestled between Provence and Côte d'Azur and is a wonderful choice for both an active or relaxing holiday. Whether you wish to simply relax and revel in the tranquil surroundings or if you wish to try your hand at the renowned 18-hole golf course (a minimum handicap of 36 applies), there is something for everyone.

The Resort is composed of 4 hamlets where you can find apartments, semi-detached houses and free standing villa with private pool located here and there in protected, mature pine forests, blending Provencal tradition with the very highest standards in comfort. You can find in each hamlet an electric gate and shared swimming pool area with children's pool, outdoor shower, pool house, deckchairs.



A 2,000 m² spa area offers a wide selection of spa treatments (payable locally), a fabulous restaurant awaits you with lovely panoramic views of the golf course, tennis courts offer a bit of healthy competition and several swimming pools are on-hand if you fancy a refreshing swim. Alternatively, the lovely beaches in Fréjus or Sainte Maxime are less than half an hour away.

We recommend the use of a car: shopping center 2km, supermarket 2km, restaurant 2km, sandy beaches 20km.



ANIMALS NOT ACCEPTED - Hamlet house 3 bedrooms / 4 rooms, approx. 120 m2 on 2 levels (inverted duplex), max. 6 persons. Construction 2022 - Access from the 1st floor: entrance, separate WC, large living/dining room with open kitchen and central island (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Also on this floor, 1 double bedroom (bed 160*200), a double dressing room and bathroom with shower. terrace with garden furnitures. From the living-room access to the ground floor by stairs.

On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 80*200 in each room), 1 separate shower room, separate WC. Washing machine,

parking place near the house. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living-room. CATS AND DOGS PROHIBITED DUE TO ALLERGIES. Non-smoker house. The house is new and enjoys a superb view.

INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL : A 2 hours Spa access per day and per person (from 16 years old) from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), 1 hour per week tennis court rental, a special « Resident rate » for the golf course.

À recommander, nous y reviendrons sûrement. La maison est très belle, l'intérieur tendance nous a plu. Il y a une vue superbe (non seulement) du balcon. Très agréable terrasse et joli jardin vert et fleuri. La cuisine est bien équipée, les lits sont confortables.
