"We loved our stay at Casa Escondida. From beginning to end, the communication was excellent. Our food preferences were asked for, and our instructions for getting there were clearly defined. The breakfast was superb both days, and our chef shared local information and what we might like to see for that day. All the staff were so nice, and the people staying there at the same time as us were equally lovely."

"Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The reason I'm giving three stars is because of a few inconveniences. We needed to use the pullout sofa bed, but there were no linens provided. We also didn't receive enough towels for the number of guests in our room. Additionally, the laundry facilities were limited—one of the two washing machines was out of service, and the other was already in use, so we weren't able to do laundry during our...
