The place was recently remodeled, including the addition of a bunk bed on the middle level, Taj Mahal Quartzite counters throughout, Wolf, Sub-Zero & Cove appliances, and more! If you are medical staff or with DOD ask about our month to month lease options. We are walking distance to the beach and there are hospitals that are a close drive like Scripps Green, Rady / Sharp, and UCSD medical facilities that are short driving distance.
This townhome is spacious with three bedrooms. It's a perfect place relax after a day in the sun & sand or at work! If you have extra guests, and are renting less than 1 month, no problem. Just be sure to add them to your booking to see the pricing. There are 2 king beds, a futon, bunk bed and 2 sofa beds, and we post this to accommodate no more than 8 adults.
Central A/C and heat are included in your quoted price, a rare find this close to the beach in San Diego.

The Space:
Modern and sleek, this beautiful beach abode spans 5 levels of La Jolla splendor. As mentioned, each bedroom has a California King Bed and accompanying bathroom, so everyone can live in luxury. It makes exceptional use of ~1,600 square feet (i.e., 148.64 square meters) with very comfortable, beach inspired living space. Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the bright & spacious living room, as well as, the large master bedroom with a view through large glass windows. With two attached/covered parking spaces - parking at the beach is always a breeze!
The inviting great room has a very comfortable sofa, and next to the sofa are two convertable love seats on either side that turn into beds. All of this is set beneath large windows facing Windansea Beach. To provide maximum enjoyment during your stay, there's also premium cable TV, Netflix & high capacity cable WiFi.
The fully equipped open kitchen features brand new high-end quartzite counter tops, top of the line appliances with waterproof floors throughout that flow into an elegant dining room seating eight.
The ocean view master bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, sitting area with HD TV & a comfortable futon. You'll find the dressing area's extra large closet has plenty of space & includes a compact washer/dryer. In the en suite you'll also enjoy duel sinks, full-sized stacked GE microban washer/dryer, and a spacious tub & shower.
The guest/kids bedroom is down the first flight of stairs with a bunk bed, a full guest bath one door away on the same floor. The room is also on the same level as the ground floor with a sliding glass door that goes to the walkway leading to the carport via a small unfurnished patio.
The downstairs master is on the bottom floor. It has a king size bed, desk, HD TV, two small walk-in closets and a sliding door on the other side of the closet that leads to a private patio with an area to hose off the sand from the beach. Attached to this master bedroom is a full ensuite bathroom with: dual vanities, dual rainfall showers and matching dual hand showers - making this room a wonderful place to retreat from the rest of the travelers.
The quaint & quiet neighborhood, on a one way street with free parking, is perfect for easy walks to La Jolla's most desirable beach at the end of the block, or to wonderful restaurants & cafes - also steps from your door.
Upscale shopping & casual or fine dining in downtown La Jolla Village is a lovely walk, but if you'd rather drive - it's just 5 minutes from your door.
If you decide to explore the world-class attractions in the greater San Diego area Little Italy, Downtown San Diego & the Gaslamp district are all only 12-15 miles away.

They are a new feature to the home and are included in the rate (unlike old postings before 2019 that had a wall unit with no shades, we now have a renovated place twice since then with everything you need). On this platform, there are no reviews from this year which apply to this brand new remodeled place.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Must climb stairs! As we said, this is a 5-level beach home, so keep that in mind with lots of small children, or elderly guests. We do have hand rails, but there is a bunk bed in the kids room so be sure to bring a pack n play or request one with your stay in-advance. Not recommended if you have knee problems. We will NOT refund you regarding stairs, elderly guests, and child safety. We are being upfront here in our listing that you use this multi-level property at your own risk.
No smoking or vaping (leaves residue on paint) is allowed on the premises due to HOA regulations.
