"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. The hotel itself was reasonably pleasant, if a little dated. The room was spotless with a nice shower. However the hotel restaurant was too busy at lunchtime to eat there without a reservation. "The room was excellent and the bed was probably the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! The buffet breakfast was reasonably good and the gym was fairly well equipped. The location was a little out from the centre but good for the Châtelain market and closer to the lovely park. Staff could perhaps be more engaging / helpful for this level of property. I very much enjoyed Brussels"

"The hotel was okay overall. It was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, but it’s quite out of the way, so getting to and from attractions took more time than expected. There wasn’t anything particularly special or memorable about the property itself. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and any questions easy to deal with."
