Black out Roman shades. Comfy sitting area. Key less entry. Historic underground & Flying Cloud Gifts one block away! No steps, tiled shower. Parking outside of your guest room. “Super quiet” Central heat and Air conditioning,. Easy walk to downtown, EOU University, Pubs. Best stay.

You can also drive out to hot Lakes for a mineral bath it’s a 10 minute short drive.
We will provide a gift certificate for you to go into Flying Cloud Gifts for fresh bagels in the morning. If you’re traveling with family, we do have another studio right beside This One!!.

Please do not set anything luggage on the bed! We ask you put your wet dirty towels in the shower please. Don’t strip the bed, we spot check so please just leave them.
We ask you don’t leave our sink full of dirty dishes! Please clean up after your self! And we do charge extra if the stove or oven is left dirty.
Can you please take out the trash if you have a bunch if not do t worry about it, We can do. Drive safe and come back to see us.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
