"Contacted the hotel a week before the stay and then a day before the stay to request non-feather pillows (asthmatic travellers) but unfortunately feather pillows on arrival. Took over 5 hours to get these changed on checkin day, expect better at a Hilton. Reception bar area being refurbished so no usable communal area during the stay, which was only communicated after booking and paying (not a big deal but it is an inconvenience when traveling with a child). Breakfast buffet good but not convinced all the food that should be chilled at a buffet was adequately chilled. Pleasant staff at check-in and very good location."

"Very convenient, within walking distance from a lot of restaurants and the Sagrada Familia. I booked the breakfast, service was great but the food was not very good. The selections are the same everyday."

"Lovely hotel. Clean and organised. Amazing view on the upper floors! Strongly recommend. Hotel staff very friendly. The only issue is that the lifts are very slow and are often full, waiting time can be >10 mins during the day"
