Mais au-delà du décor et des installations, c’est surtout le service exceptionnel de Maxime et Caroline à la réception qui fait toute la différence et rend l’expérience réellement digne d’un Relais & Châteaux. On sent que plusieurs membres du personnel sont nouveaux et parfois un peu perdus, mais Maxime et Caroline sauvent la donne : attentionnés, efficaces, chaleureux, et toujours prêts à trouver une solution. "Room was very big and convenient with full kitchen. Good sauna and hot pool! Location is impressive, just in front of the lifts machine. Things to improve are the quality of the breakfast (although is included free!) and the lobby its a bit small. No place to mingle. We will be coming back!"
