"Grand for a one night stop only ..cheap....needs updating big time. Door hanadle didnt work properly and the general state of the carpets weren't great either. Bed was good, staff were good and thr adjoining restaurant was very very good👍 "

"Wonderful cheerful welcome from Sabrina, instantly “at home”, lovely quiet position next to the church(no bells). Lovely garden, indoor pool, breakfast room, and a great bedroom and bathroom. Comfy bed, excellent shower. In general all excellent, slept very well and had a good French continental breakfast. Will return next time through the region. Pity the village bar/ bistro was not open for some icing on the cake, but we ate nearby. Excellent all round and a great find. Grande remercie."

"Room had wall mounted tv removed from fixed wall frame with temporary cables running to a tv sat on the dressing table which also obscured the mirror. Bathroom sliding door was broken. Crisps/chips were left on the floor under the edge of the bed from previous guest. Complained to reception who initially said there was nothing wrong and why were we complaining as the room had a tv. We asked for another room and were told it was not possible as the hotel was full when in fact it was actually only...

"We booked as we had a wedding in the village. We bpooked over 10months in advance to arrive to a room with only a small very old sofa bed - no bed and we were sharing a shower room with another family. The sofa bed was too small for two adults to comfortably share. Due to the wedding the village was sold out. Cleaness was ok - but I wouldn't say spotless. So my recommendation is to message them to check they have reserved you a room with an actual bed. "
