"Its great location and beautiful hotel. We loved the adult pool, although it can get very crowded and there are not enough chairs for everyone. We had to wait for someone to leave to get a chair the first day. 2nd day we went earlier to ensure we got a chair. Staff in the buffet dining area were very rude to us and the food was not that great. Also ate at the seafood restaurant for dinner. Was not freshly cooked and was way overcooked and dry. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. "The property is indefinite disrepair, but location is not the best according to what I have found out and when you let them know upfront that you’re going to have a late checkout, they don’t disclose that they are going to switch you to a totally different room that was so hot that I could not even relax the rest of the day and I had to pay them an extra 50,000 pesos just to wait around to go to the airport never again while I stay at this place I don’t recommend anybody staying in this...
