Great quiet clean rooms nice place the only bad side was the restaurants only have sandwich's for dinner, we arrived at 10:30pm after a long day traveling without food (plane) we wanted a room service but wasn't available at that time we arrived hopefully they can rearrange kitchen hours thanks

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It’s a renovated hospice and every detail has been attended to. The showers were large and wonderful! The staff is courteous and friendly. Everything is very up to date and the entire property is very clean. The morning buffet is 5 star and so is the adjoining restaurant. Be sure to check out the beautiful chapel in the hotel! Also the hotel is right next door to a National Park with live animals. Definitely would stay again!

This hotel has convenient, free, parking. It is clean and modern. The staff are all professional, friendly, and speak excellent english. The walls are a little thin but guests are pretty quiet. The pool on the 16th floor is open to the outside and wonderfully warm. The restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast but dinner was so-so and pricey. I recommend finding dinner elsewhere. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport in Guayaquil and has a free shuttle, which is very...

This place is a hidden gem! An oasis of calm in the middle of a bustling, dirty city. It feels like home. The employees extended such hospitality that we felt like we were staying at a friends house. Highly recommend!

Great service, friendly staff, good food, and very clean.

Staff was attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and breakfast in the morning was delicious and attractively served. The grounds are beautiful - a place of retreat. It is placed high on the hill above the noise of the city and is quiet and restful. I have stayed here twice and both times were a welcome interlude in my travels. I would recommend it to anyone needing a place of rest before going on their way.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I got no complaints, and I would definitely come back on my future visit to Ecuador. The staff was very polite, attentive, and responsive. The check-in and check-out process is pretty fast, and there is always someone I can talk to or call. I had a problem this time with the safe box. I had to call twice for someone to come; on my second call, they sent the guy in charge within 10 minutes. It is understandable; there are other people requesting...

The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. The wifi worked well and the bedrooms had smart tvs so i was able to watch Netflix. Well stocked kitchen, warm shower and lots of security cameras. Heavy locked gates for added security. Beautiful terrace to look at the city. A couple things you should be aware of, 3rd floor no elevator but easy stairs and the shower floor is extremely slippery. Traffic noise in the morning but nothing crazy loud in my opinion. I slept well and had a great...

We were on a dream vacation using Guayaquil as a stop over point before heading to the Orient on a tour. My partner mistakenly left his credit cards in a bedside table drawer here. We didn't notice until a week into our vacation. On our tour, which ended in Guayaquil, we painstakingly backtracked our steps. We were close by while on the tour and stopped in to ask if anything had been found. To our amazement, Christin had explained the cards were found and placed in safe keeping. We would have...

Very convenient to airport and local shopping. Outstanding service and price.

They were very kind, patient, and hospitable. Facility was super clean. They are following the CDC’s guidelines for COVID. The community Areas were not crowded. There is outside sitting to eat. The room service also brings up food to your room and all the food is appropriately covered and silverwear is brought in a sealed bag. Food was always delicious and at the appropriate temperature. They also provide a free shuttle to the Airport (which is very close to hotel). Felt super safe to stay here...

We had a great time at Wyndham Santa Ana. The employees did a great job they were very attentive.

Adding breakfast, would make the stay a better experience

When I booked my stay through Expedia, I expected your typical cookie-cutter experience. With Mundialcity however, I was very pleasantly surprised. The business is run by a family, and they take great pride in providing first class service at a low price. I highly recommend giving Mundialcity a chance.

Newly renovated. Everything in my room was brand new, it was so new I felt like I might have been the first customer staying in that room. Super Clean and nice
