"I loved it, the cactus garden outside my bedroom window, the rustic nature of the place and our host's care and friendliness. The place was clean, with a well equipped kitchen including a water filter tap. Lovely to be able to light a fire in the stove when chilly in the evening. Gautiza is very pretty and quiet. Discovered an area to swim nearby towards the end of the trip. And a wonderful coastal walk. The location is great. Highly recommend Sylvia's as a place to stay. "

"Pros: Der Zustand und die Ausstattung des Apartments sind sehr neu und gut. Die Lage am Ende eines Wohnviertel und die Nähe zu La Santa (fußläufig erreichbar) sind sehr angenehm. "We had a great holiday at this villa. The pool area is one of the best that we area. Lovely pool, that was at a very comfortable temperature. We will be going back.I should also say that the hosting company were excellent. We had a minor issue with the hob, and the hob was replaced with a brand new one within 12 hours. Tardó 6 días en contestar a los correos y WhatsApp q le enviamos para saber el proceso de check in, y tampoco nos cogió el teléfono hasta que llamamos a Holidu para quejarnos y al día siguiente escribió. La puerta principal de la casa está hinchada del agua que cae desde la azotea cuando llueve y no cierra ni abre, se forma un charco en el baño cada vez que te duchas...

"The young man who owns the house was very helpful, although communication was difficult, due to his lack of English speaking skills, so initially the pick up was a little unclear and this meant it took a few days to get the hot tub working.
