Very nice modern renovated apartment in the Pueblo Pinos residence in L'Escala.
It is located on the second and last floor without elevator.
A beautiful covered terrace overlooks the garden planted with pine trees, with a magnificent lawn and a pretty community swimming pool.
The apartment consists of a non-private parking space around the residence, an entrance, a bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub and wc, a very friendly main room where there is an equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all the necessary utensils). Slightly below, is the living room equipped with a TV with TNT channels, free WIFI internet access, a coffee table and a sofa.
Upstairs a mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed.
Back on the ground floor, a French window leads onto a terrace on the west side overlooking the magnificent garden of the residence and its swimming pool. The Apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
The apartment is very quiet, due to its exposure. It is ideally located, 400 meters from the large Riells beach where there are bars, restaurants and shops.
