Luz: Apartment with sea view and community pool

Apartment for up to 5 guests in L’Escala, with a terrace overlooking the sea and access to a communal swimming pool.

It has a separate kitchen and a living and dining room opening onto the terrace, where you can enjoy meals outdoors with family and friends while taking in the sea views.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and another with two single beds. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a second bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. A folding bed in the living room accommodates the fifth guest.

The apartment is on the seafront promenade, just a few steps from Riells beach. Nearby, you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and other shops, along with leisure options and activities to enjoy during your holiday.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
