Upon arrival, you will discover a front garden with enough space to park your car, ensuring maximum comfort from the first moment. As you cross the main door, you will be greeted by a living-dining room with a fireplace, a perfect corner to relax in the company of your loved ones.
The layout of Can Rabassa is designed to maximise the comfort of the whole family. On the ground floor you will find a practical toilet and a large fully equipped kitchen. From here, you can access the back garden, an ideal space to enjoy outdoor meals, moments of rest and fun family gatherings.
Going up the stairs, you will discover the two bedrooms. One of them has three single beds, ideal for the little ones or for those who prefer to sleep in separate beds. The other bedroom has a double bed and a lovely balcony from which you can enjoy peaceful views of the back garden. On this floor you will also find a full bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Habitation très médiocre. Équipements vétustes
Pas ou peu de matériel pour faire le ménage (absence d'aspirateur, de balayette, de serpillières...). Habitation mal nettoyée à la remise des clefs, il n'y avait personne de l'agence pour nous accompagner à l'ouverture de la maison. Équipements vétustes ou en panne.

Maravillosa. La llegada y la partida perfectas. La casa muy bien ventilada e iluminada. Zona tranquila a dos pasos de restaurantes, tiendas y de la playa. Todo muy limpio y ordenado y vajilla bonita, práctica y abundante (tambien cazuelas, etc.) Los desayunos y comidas en el jardin maravillosos. Recomiendo totalmente.

Maison agréable
Maison très agréable avec un bon emplacement près de tout.
Chambres spacieuses mais penser à mettre une clime car le premier étage très chaud la nuit.
Par contre j'ai trouvé la maison très sale, vaisselles casserole tout était gras et sale jai du tout relaver avant utilisation.
Manque une grande table pour 6 sur petite terrasse nous avons dû nous arranger.
Mettre à disposition un grand parasol car celui actuel un peut limité
Débarrasser les vieux objets rouiller casser pas une bonne image de la propriété.
Dommage nous n'avons pas pu mettre la voiture dans le garage
Laisser la voiture en dehors.

Un séjour agréable dans un quartier calme très près de la mer
Accueil excellent, petite maison située dans un quartier pavillonnaire à deux pas du centre de l'Escala. Petit jardinet agréable autour de la maison. Les pièces sont spacieuses.
A l'intérieur rien ne manque pour se sentir bien.
