- This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom home has all the new modern amenities, and so close to town. The kitchen is to die for with its huge island bench and beautiful marble tops and splash backs. Central location with the Main Street just a stones throw away, lovely little coffee shops to enjoy breakfast/brunch. Echuca is a short 20 minute drive.
Come and sit by the fire pit and soak up the country air.
Overview. Kyabram is situated in the 'food bowl' of northern Victoria and is the Shire of Campaspe's second largest town. Located between Echuca and Shepparton and 200km north of Melbourne, it is renowned for its friendly, welcoming atmosphere and strong community spirit.
