"Good location. Tiniest room ever. Hated carpeted halls too hard to move luggage. No luggage assistance offered. Server in restaurant was very very grumpy. Airport shuttle was good. Sadly we didn’t get to try the pool as there was a thunderstorm."
"The stay was mixed to be honest. The room was clean and well maintained. The common areas were a bit dated. The elevators didn't work well at times and the wait time was long. The food in the breakfast was top notch. The staff was mostly helpful but could have been more friendly."
"Stayed for 5 nights in one of the Club rooms. The room was amazing, so was the view. Staff was very friendly and helpful, this for all areas of contact, cleaners (I stayed on level 37, reception, breakfast buffet at the lobby and at lounge.
Pool and gym were great too, breakfast was excellent!
