"Very conveniently situated right next to the JR station. About 10 minutes away from the old town. Each room has a washer/dryer. The onsen was a huge plus at the end of a long day of sightseeing."

"Room was very nice and spacious and feels luxurious and comfortable. Buffets were nice and had a lot of selections. I was not overly impressed with the Hida beef but it is a personal choice thing. Staff is mostly young friendly gracious people. Buffets are a combination of Japanese and western cuisine. ..."

Residence Hotel Takayama Station
"We loved this hotel. It is super spacious(family of 5), amenities were amazing and it is located next door to the bus station. Less than 15 mins from the old Village. They even includes free drinks. I will stay here again when I visit Takayama."
