Rooms were older. We did not like how the bathroom was as after shower the whole bathroom would be wet! Beds were comfortable. Nice setting with nature around. Wa quite inside and not really walkable but I think most places in Ubud are like that. Breakfast was excellent! Restaurant had great options! Just be aware that they have 2 separate properties under same name and it was very confusing since both resorts also have the same spa named Radha .. our uber took us to the wrong one and we had to pay double :(
We were not aware there were 2 properties ( resort is closer to markets while the suites and villas appears to be more new but further away )
Overall good stay! Staff spoke English! Not overpriced. We didn’t walk anywhere as our tour taxi came to pick and drop daily so I guess it’s location was overall convenient enough!

This place is amazing, the staff was great and everyone was respectful and polite.
Only the Europeans in Bali are very rude and mean people,and they are very less here in this property , so it is definitely a great experience with Seres Resort.
Property location is very nice. Breakfast is a blessing for vegetarians as well.

"The hotel needs to be upgraded seeing as its a 5 star hotel. We had holes in our duvet cover, dirty bath tub and hotel was not as accommodating as when we stayed last summer regarding allergies. Otherwise a pleasant stay and staff are always kind and helpful."

"This is a great hotel that’s very clean and has excellent amenities, especially the two pools. The only problem is that it’s very noisy at night as it’s close to two large beach clubs. Ear plugs are a must if you want to sleep before midnight."
