Location was the best you could ask for. The swim up bar is closed which was disappointing. We booked to have a buffet breakfast and only got a set breakfast Dailey that did not change little annoyed about that. I did talk to staff about this and the where hopefully be back into there best as soon as all renovation are completed. Overall nice location nice gardens rooms was ok and we had a ball 5 out of 10 been to Bali 7 times.

Large rooms with all you need. Bath was a nice touch with plenty of hot water. Toiletries provided. Lovely deep swimming pool, bar wasn't open though. Most staff were polite. Man at the desk was rude and put his hand up to hush me at check-in,so a bit of a bad start. Garden was well kept. I didn't like cat poo on the grass and having to ask for the coffee to be refilled each morning at breakfast.. breakfast was cooked fresh and the menu has enough choice. All in all good.

Everything in my room was broken and mouldy. Dirty sheets and a giant cockroach came out of the rotting bathroom door.

Do not waste your time or money staying here. The best thing about the place was the pool, and even that was untidy and grotty. The bathroom was disgusting. The sink, toilet, shower and bath were all unclean and incredibly old and rusty. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bed linen and towels were all white and all had dirty marks and stains on them. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. They cook you bacon and eggs, but the bacon is actually ham the eggs are cooked until they are dry and tasteless. The pool bar wasn’t open and looked like it had been closed for some time. Everything in the resort was old and rickety. The staff were nice and friendly, but the rest of the resort was such a let down. Never again.

When I was looking for a place to stay. I was looking somewhere close to places I wanted to be near. From the photos of thr balisandy it seemed nice and inviting. Thr photos of thr room don’t show much, but again seemed on picture on thr internet only. However this was way far from the actual truth. From thr outside (which is not shown in pictures. Was very old and dated. I thought that made it might look better when I get to the other side, but no. The pool was dirty, unclean and nothing like the pictures (which I found were years old) only thr bottom floors were available as the top floors were no able to be used as they were unsafe and under repair (or so I was told) when I went to my room, it was far from desirable, it was smelly, if fact it smelt like mould. Thr fridge was no working and the and nor was the security safe. The front door, could be easily kicked in, if someone so desired. I thought my room was back, but my brother and sister in laws room was twice the smell as my room. That we decided to not stay and leave for something else. I was say I was less then impressed would be an understatement. I didn’t even argue for my money back as I knew it would be to no privail. I am in no way stuck up, I have been in war worn countries with better accommodations then this, been a ex-army veteran of 25 years I have seen my fair share of ruin down places, but this was worse this then this. I wasn’t willing to risk my health and thr health of my family so we left.

クタビーチから近くて、さらにモールにも近くとても便利なのに全然うるさくありません！ 夜は静かでゆっくりでき、快適です！ 後お湯もでます！ 夜にプールにも入れてこれ以上素晴らしいホテルは他には見たことありません！ 価格も最高です！ 次も旅行で訪れたらこのホテルに泊まります

Lidt slidt hotel, men var ved at renovere. Der var mange håndværkere, så en del bankers. God pool, poolber var ikke åben som der står i oplysninger. Restaurant serverede kun morgenmad og meget begrænset lunch til kl. 16. Solsenge var en mangelvare. Bar præg af at have været nedlukket, men personalet gjorde vores ferie til noget specielt

最高のホテル⭐️

シャワーのお湯がでるってのが最高でした！ クタビーチまでは歩いて5分くらいの場所にあり、コンビニやスーパー、ショッピングモールも近くてかなり便利です！ 食べるものには困りません！ 近くに若者があつまるクラブがあるので うるさいかな？と ちょっと不安でしたがまったく うるさくなく、小鳥のさえずりが聞こえるくらい静かで快適でした！ スタッフの方の対応もかなり良いです！ 朝ご飯は3種類あって選ぶタイプです！ 僕はインドネシア料理でナシゴレンにしました！ 現地時間の朝の8時〜10時の間に一階のレストランに行けば食べれます😍
