"Room is very old and had lots of stains on the walls. Bed was very hard and we were only given 1 pillow per person and the pillows were very flat and small."

"The room seemed like it had not been cleaned. The bed was made but some things still seemed dirty. The pajamas had a makeup stain on it. There was hair in the tub. It felt like they did not give the room a regular cleaning after the folks checked out. The staff were nice, plenty of washer/dryer (only took 100 yen coins), and they offered free drinks in the lobby."

"This place was amazing. So clean. The room is spatious. They have everything you need here. I dont know why they provide only two towels a day. You can get more in the baskets from the shower rooms."

"Nice hotel. Easy walk to the main area. Very clean, saw a small amount of mold on the botton of the shower curtain but nothing else. Heard no noise at night either. Breakfast was tasty, the only downside was it finished at 9:30am, which is a lot earlier than other hotels I've stayed in, felt like effort to wake up early during a holiday for it, I noticed quite a few people came down for it just before 9:30am so seems others found it a bit too early also. I enjoyed it though, the tofu was good....
