"No AC, no room cleaning despite asking for it. Hallways were in need of vacuuming and didn’t get done in the 4 days we were there"

"No a/c but there was a fan in the room for us to use. We upgraded to a suite and it was totally worth it. Lots of room to spread out. It had 2 bathrooms and a table to work at."

"The location is excellent. The central train station is close by. Room was nice and roomy compared to others in Europe. Staff was kind and helpful. 4 star for amenities since you had to pay to use the pool and spa and the price was substantial for the amount of time you got to use it."
