"Everything was ok, however the room smells musky leading to Astma attack, cancelled stay after one day. Staff was courteous to pay back the advance pay.

"They issued an access key to a room already occupied by another guest. Luckily for both of us that we didn't end up in an embarrassing situation. Then they issued another room with electrical fault and no lights working."

"Checkin was good, we requested early checkin and they provided, appreciate that.
Rooms were good and spacious, toilet can be more cleaner.
Breakfast spread was good, taste also adequate.
Coming to the lifts, only 3 lifts are there and some of them does not have all the buttons working, also at some point the card stopped working, not a single case, I heard many people complaining about lifts.. so frustrating, so much time was spend around lifts.
Overall I feel this as a 4 star considering all...
