"Fredericks Lodge is an oasis in Kumasi. It is a convenient distance from the airport and is more of a boutique hotel. It is impeccably clean with comfortable beds and high quality linen. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day with a selection of Ghanaian and European options. "I like that it was clean and it had all the basic needs. I wish there was an iron inside the room versus having to go outside on each floor to get something ironed"

"It's a gorgeous place, the pool is a great addition and refreshing. The breakfast was served hot and on schedule. The housekeeping is lacking, bathroom fixtures wasn't secured to the walls (usable) and toilet stains. The dining room carpet was infested with ants and small insects. Still one of the best places in Kumasi and golfer friendly- 5 mins to the golf course."

"Easier location, serene environment, friendly and helpful staff and overall room satisfaction. I'm definitely coming here on my next visit and definitely recommending for others.🏌♂️"
"Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community.
We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all."

The Room was Spotless ... Incredible Service, Warm, Kind, Helpful Staff! They will go the EXTRA mile for You!!! I did not arrive via the airport. I arrived via a VIP bus from Accra, and the staff made sure I was completely comfortable. They messaged Me along my journey and they STILL picked me up from the Bus terminal. Even the little things ... I left my fingernail clippers back in the States, and a member of the staff Literally went and bought me some fingernail clippers one morning! It may...

Wonderful staff who go out of their way to assist and make your stay comfortable. Clean spacious rooms. WiFi was available in the room but my connection was best in the reception area. Linens need refreshing and breakfast choices are limited. Great deal for the price and we will definitely stay here on our next visit to Kumasi.
