"The property is beautifully maintained and very serene. I loved being close to both the ocean and the pool with the little one being the priority. The staff go above and beyond and the kids camp was wonderful for my granddaughter. Areas that need improvement, the good is not of the caliber it should be. Management spoke to me and I know that they are trying, but it was a disappointment, especially when you’re so far from other dining establishments. Housekeeping also fell down in quality after...

"Amazing for kids. We had the absolute best time. The staff was so sweet the bar food was amazing and they had a kids area and an Adult area for the pool. Beautiful views nice clean room and Greta little store on site."

"Absolutely loved everything about the Fairmont Gold experience. I would sincerely recommend staying with a Fairmont Gould, as there was an amazing breakfast, great staff, own concierge, nicer floor.. the food options for breakfast or actually a great money saver with really high-quality food versus going to the restaurants. Amazing food options at the hotel, great amenities. Snorkeling in the lagoon with sea turtles and hundreds of tropical fish. Luau on property."
