"We arrived at the propery around 11am. They told us where we could store our luggage while we walked around. We put our luggage where they told us, right by the front door. They didn't put our names on them or secure them in any way. On this trip so far we've been to Scotland, Ireland, Poland, and Germany and our bags were always tagged and locked away. "This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"Great location and the host was always available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked beautifully!Just a side note - The apartment has several levels with a spiral staircase connecting the floors.
