"Terrible checkin, hotel that is not managed, not cared for. No towel in room, toilet leaking, no hot water, no bed sheet to sleep under. Desolate place. To be avoided by any means."

"Great staff and good rooms"

"The hotel room was clean and my stay was comfortable, peaceful, and pleasantly memorable, with everything arranged just right to make it feel like a quiet pause from the world."

"The food, hostility and the nature was perfect! Only The rooms were a little bit messy...."

"I really enjoyed my stay at The Haven. The aesthetics of the property is remarkable. The interior design signified opulence and comfort. The owner and staff paid special attention to every detail and catered to my every need during my stay. The cleanliness overall is impeccable; and the nature, landscaping, and peacocks offered an appeal of luxury and a great deal of serenity. The property has an exclusive touch which made me feel safe and secure. The Haven also accommodated me with things...

"The hotel is very clean with a good air conditioning. The restaurant on site had good food and everyone was very friendly and helpful."

"Excellent Property by all standards!"

"Good place for a reasonable price. Recommended "

"Fredericks Lodge is an oasis in Kumasi. It is a convenient distance from the airport and is more of a boutique hotel. It is impeccably clean with comfortable beds and high quality linen. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day with a selection of Ghanaian and European options. This is my second time staying there because it is so welcoming and safe."

"Poor arrangements. How can breakfast start at almost 9am????"

"Clean room, helpful staff "

"The place is clean and quiet. I stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment"

"Staff were courteous and very hospital. The owner was very understanding and easy to work with. My guests love the place and will definitely recommend to others."

"This hotel is horribly run. I reserved 2 nights on Expedia only to get there and the hotel staff to tell me they had no record of my booking. The room had not been cleaned or readied for guests because they were not expecting a guest. I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help. One of the managers actually told me that they were not listed on Expedia and someone else must have...

"Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community. We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all."

"It was a nice stay, the staff were friendly. The rooms are quality, I'll highly recommend. "
