Here are 2 things to consider before renting:
1. As it is close to the LRT station, there is a slight sound of LRT movements especially when its late at night when things quieten down. Most guests don't even notice this. This sound should end around midnight.

2. We do not appreciate any parties or loud noise in our home especially when its after 10pm as this may disturb the neighbors.
