"Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the rooms looked larger online (including a sofa and a larger bathroom). The superior room was a bit tight for 2 people for 5 nights. Otherwise, it was an excellent option in Hamburg. "

"Originally given a room by the lift, but asked to change and they did with no problem. The hotel is clean, bed comfy, quiet and staff friendly. It's not luxury, but it's clean, friendly and comfy. We'd not hesitate at staying again! Also, easy walk to the airport 10-15 mins."
