"We had a fabulous stay at your hotel. From the moment of arrival to the end. Customer service were available 24/7. They were warm and friendly even at busy times. They offered us comfort. We had no access to the World Cup football in our room and were kindly offered another room which offered much more room and comfort for me and my two teenage girls. "Possibly the most unique property we have ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished and decorated in every part of the hotel. Very well equipped for Children. We found the dining options very reasonable. Staff excellent, always helpful. We are hoping to visit Gothenburg again next year and without question will stay in this hotel."
