Views from this fantastic Ocean Front villa begin the moment you walk through the landscaped garden and in the front door - gazing through the bright decor of the living room, out through the comfortable and inviting lanai and over the refreshing swimming pool directly to the magnificent Caribbean Sea. The deck is a welcoming refuge with lounge chairs, hammock, palm trees and, in the evenings, glorious sunsets over the water. Your breath and your worries will be taken away!

Kas LaMar has 3 Bedrooms (all with AC) 2 full Baths and will sleep up to 6 guests in the lap of luxury!

The attention to detail is unsurpassed, from the fully equipped gourmet European Kitchen to the private Dive Gear station with rinse tanks, hanging rod and outdoor shower..

The Villa is fully air conditioned. It is Located in the upscale Crown Ridge section of Sabadeco.
Kas LaMar sits right in front of the Andrea 1 Dive Site, which is also one of the best snorkel sites on the island.

It is about 7 minutes by car to Downtown Kralendijk and 6 miles from the Airport .

There is a Full Time, at-your-service property manager.

This property was high resort quality. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes, pots,pans and appliances. The interior was immaculately clean, the private pool a delight and the exterior furniture was comfortable and plentiful. And of course the view was magnificent. The owner and property manager were helpful and delightful. Wonderful location made a superior vacation.

Great place to stay in Bonaire

This was our second visit to Bonaire and Reef front divers dream and we hope to return again next year. This is a first class home on the ocean with a great pool, in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to snorkel at Andrea 1 and 2 dive sites. The home has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

We stayed here for a week in early December. This home with its fabulous view is perfect for a couple with kids, but we would have liked to have had a larger second bedroom for our son and daughter in law. The home was very clean and comfortable. Access to Andrea I and II was superb!

A Taste of Island Life in the Dutch Caribbean

Perfectly suited for scuba divers and located right off of a nice reef. Beautiful views make it great for reading a book & sipping coffee ocean-side. The pool was nice for relaxing after dives and hiking in the park! A well-equipped kitchen provided plenty of dishes for cooking. Spacious accommodations. Beds are firm and plenty of pillows, but could use some variety in the pillow options. A great breeze comes through with both doors open and the a/c units worked wonderfully! WiFi had plenty of band width for the whole family.

The place was super clean, well kept, and the kitchen had everything I needed to whip up some great meals. We really loved the design touches throughout. Wonderful Vacation in Bonaire

Wonderful location, so comfortable for two couples. The ac in the living room and bedrooms was such a delight in August. The snorkeling in front of the villa was beautiful. We will definitely come back. We were even allowed to stay a few extra hours after checkout which was so helpful.

This VRBO had everything we wanted at a VRBO. It was a short drive from town. It was in a quiet subdivision. We were only steps from some of the islands best snorkle areas. It had great views and it was clean and spacious. Easy chevj in and check out process.

Wonderful house

Perfect location in front of Andrea 1 site, beautiful view, quiet neighbors, everything we needed as far as kitchen items. A lovely house inside and out. Larry and Marie were really nice, and I'm sure they would be really responsive if anything went wrong, but nothing did. Just great, didn't want to leave.

Absolutely wonderful!

Rarely does a place actually exceed our expectations, but this one definitely did. The view especially is amazing. We loved the sunsets. We were met at the airport by Marie who gave a thorough and detailed tour of the house, which was spotless I might add. The house is not only well furnished but tastefully furnished as well. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outside area is also well furnished for relaxing in the pool, in the sun, or in the shade. The outside cleaning area for scuba and/or snorkel equipment was greatly appreciated and extremely handy. We enjoyed being able to walk to scuba and snorkel right from the house. Overall, this is one of the nicest places we have stayed, and we plan on coming back.

Excellent rental for divers!

We stayed for 2 weeks with our grown children and partners, diving twice a day most days. The dive gear rinse station was easy access with great hanging space and 2 tubs. The pool and front deck were just perfect for relaxing, reading, happy hour, card games, sunsets. We used the gas grill a bunch making most of our meals in-house. The neighbors were friendly--most are permanent residents, but we had privacy and quiet. Responsiveness by the host gets an A! The few items needing attention were dealt with immediately--best service we have ever had in all of our rentals here on the island.

Wonderful Oceanfront Villa

This is the nicest property I have stayed at in the Caribbean and I have stayed at many. The villa is well built, well equipped, in great condition and in one of the best locations for diving, snorkeling or just enjoying the pool and watching the sunset over the ocean. I could not think of one thing we needed that wasn't there. It was actually prettier than the pictures we saw on line and it was very private with tall walls separating the other properties. Close to everything but just far enough away for privacy. We would definitely go back.

Great house and location

This house was perfect for our family of 5. The house was very clean and the location was great. It was especially nice to be able to have walking distance access to 2 dive/snorkeling sites. The kitchen was very well equipped so that we were able to make cook and grill meals almost all of our meals. There is a small grocery store close as well if you don't want to go all the way into town which was convenient. The pool was fantastic, and it was nice to have rinse tanks for all the gear outside. The owner and the property manager were very responsive to a few questions that we had while on the island. The house in a quiet area of town which we appreciated.

Perfectly maintained phenomenal home

This is the most impressive VRBO we have ever stayed in. Impeccably maintained and managed. We’ll located in quiet neighborhood overlooking great snorkeling beach. House is equipped with everything you need and everything is clean and works. There is even a great outdoor breezeway equipped with a cleaning station for dive equipment. The pool is private and so peaceful you won’t want to leave. The local manager Marie met us at airport, oriented us to house and island and even took us shopping.

Bonaire's Best

We had a great stay at Kas LaMar. As two couples who have traveled many times to the Caribbean, we found this place perfect in every way. The location was so scenic, and right on the best snorkel beach on Bonaire. The neighborhood is quiet, the outside areas very relaxing, yet it's close to town for shopping and dining. The owners were very responsive to our questions and provided lots of details to help us plan our stay. Marie, the manager for the property, met us at the airport, got us settled in the villa, helped us several times when we had questions, and generally ensured we had a wonderful stay. She is amazing! Thanks to all of you for making our vacation one of the best ever.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for diving and enjoying the amazing view of the ocean. The umbrellas provided great shade and did not inhibited the views and sunsets. The property manager, Marie, was great and checked in a couple of times during our 3 week stay. The rinse tanks made it easy to manage our dive gear. Everything in the house was just as shown and the kitchen had everything needed for either simple or more elaborate meals. The beds were firm and comfortable, with the A/C made sleeping so restful. We have stayed at several properties in Bonaire, and this is by far our favorite. From hanging out at the pool and watching the snorkelers or diving at Andrea I it was a slice of heaven. We even had a sweet tiny gecko who visited the house, we named it Munchie. We are already planning our next visit.

exceeded my high expectations!

Obviously from the pictures and reviews, my expectations were quite high. This place exceeded them. The house is just as described and featured in the pictures. It was the location that the descriptions can't capture. I have been to Bonaire 4 times, always a little north of town, but never oceanfront. The setting is extremely private and quiet other than the boats moored at the dive/snorkel site. Though the sunsets are wonderful, I most enjoyed the morning and sunrise. The view and peacefulness is sublime. Each morning with my coffee I averaged seeing 30 or more bird species from hummingbirds to pelicans. It is well set up for divers and the gear rinsing/disinfecting process (due to the SCTLD) was quite simple with the two large rinse tanks. We did several dives out front and snorkeled as well. Our last night we took our flashlights and had a wonderful night snorkel. We could have spent the entire week diving right out front.

Beautiful 6 star villa wonderful stay in Bonaire

We loved it. Larry and Marie were perfect hosts. Marie even met us at the airport and helped us get to the house. Spectacular hours with incredible views and very well laid out, stocked with everything you would need. We brought our own snorkel gear which worked out very well. We started at the market close to the house and had enough groceries for our stay. Wine we got at Best Cellars great choices. Of course we went to Luc Bay, Salt Pier, Rincon, Flamingoes Preserve, all so beautiful. Hung out all day at Sebastian’s Beach in Luc Bay watching the wind surfers and walking out into the ocean. Can rent a lounge chair for $10 from Iris for the whole day there. We ate out at Captain Don’s the first night and were lucky enough to get into Chefs Bonaire and Brass Boer restaurants, great Michelin star (if the Caribbean gets Michelin Stars) places. We have been to a lot of the Caribbean Islands and the food at these two places was amazing. Brass Boer is at the Delfin Resort. Chefs Bonaire we were very lucky to get in, should make early reservations as they were booked it for months. For souvenirs we got some from the multi shop at the closest roundabout towards town had a good combo. Did not go into town with cruise ship in on our last day. Again great place with snorkel boats always right in the back of the house. The pool was perfect as it gets a little warm. Thank you Larry (owner) and Marie (manager) for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home, we loved it, hope to return.
