"I was greeted by Margaret who was so welcoming and helpful. I traveled from the US and it is my first time to Krakow. I stayed one night but wish I had continued my stay here as it is a convenient location to the square and all to see in Krakow. Margaret also held my bag on the last day while I visited area attractions. Highly recommend as the room was clean and spacious enough. Also quiet. There is a rooftop area but it was closed due to weather. You need your room key to operate the elevator which is added safety."
