"The staff here is incredibly kind and conscientious. This property is a hidden gem. Such a value - perfect amenities on a lovely tranquil estate like setting. A stones throw from the services of a full service hotel. I liked it so much I changed my reservations to stay again when I returned to Krakow. Wonderful! "

"Cozy and beautiful, common areas were well maintained and nice as well. Location is fantastic. Only thing that brings my score down is the shower sensor that does not allow for a comfortable experience whatsoever. All in all would recommend though."

"The Hostel is great for the price.
The cleaning lady is working nonstop, and the results are visible. Receptionists are kind and helpful. The location is excellent! About a 10-minute walk from the castle.
The negatives are that there are only 4 bathrooms for everybody, with 3 showers. On weekends, when there are more people, it can get busy. Moreover, during peak shower usage, if you are the last one, the warm water may have run out.
I stayed for two weeks, and I would go back. I paid about 50...

"Staff was very nice and helpful but the room was dirty didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while. The room was a lot smaller than what the pictures showed but was enough"

"I upgraded to a private room when I got there so I didn’t really get to experience the shared room. It was a great location. I love that. I had a private outdoor courtyard to get to my room and a private Terrace. The room itself was small but doable nice little bathroom, hot water in the shower. The only thing is that when it rains the ceiling leaked and I had to put the garbage pail to get the water but no big deal. They do deliver breakfast to your room which is nice and the people that worked...

"It was alright, but the window in my room did not close fully despite all of my efforts. I had to cram a towel in the crack just to get some sleep because it was so loud. Otherwise a good experience."

"We love staying in this hotel. From the minute you arrive the staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel decor is very modern. The rooms are slightly quirky in an ultra modern, good way. The breakfast is superb. Huge range of good of excellent quality. If you get time to use the spa it is lovely and relaxing. The bar in the evening is a great place to relax with a fun and imaginative range of cocktails. There is a fab work area with a great vibe and the bakery in there is fabulous with an amazing range of pastries and cakes. We found the lights in the room quite unusual and took some working out via the tablet. Fantastic hotel in great location in the Kazimierz area. Will definitely stay again. Great for couples or friends. Really enjoyed the walking tour of the Jewish quarter. So informative and interesting."
"Tribe Hotel is very conveniently located just outside the Old Town, everything is within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is modern and vibrant, the rooms were a good size and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was great with a mix of different influences to suit all tastes. The gym and sauna were an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful."
"Receptionist staff was very helpful and very polite and friendly. Superb customer service. I just arrived at the hotel after a 18 hour train ride and they were very accommodating and provided me a room when i arrived earlier than the check in time. Wish i had more time that day, but I will book again and will try their restaurant as it has good reviews too. The room was beautiful, very clean and bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely stay. Thank you to the lovely staff at reception. I felt safe to leave my 2 big checked bags with reception in their safe room after check out and roam the beautiful city before coming back to the hotel to collect them to catch my late flight. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOTEL. Well Done keep it up to PURO Krakow Stare Miasto. ^_^"
